Because every Vihari Farms order is fresh food — prepared only after you confirm it — our policies are simple and built around that process. This page explains cancellations, what happens if something is wrong with your order, and how delivery charges work.
Cancellations
After you send an order request, our team calls you to confirm availability, the final details and the delivery window. Your order is only prepared after that confirmation, so you can change or cancel it freely during the confirmation call, before preparation begins. Once preparation has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled, because it is prepared fresh specifically for you.
If something is wrong with your order
We do not accept returns of delivered food — poultry, eggs and leafy greens are perishable and cannot be safely returned once they leave our delivery chain. Instead, if your order does not match what our team confirmed with you (wrong item, wrong quantity, or it does not arrive in the expected condition), contact us the same day:

Share your order number and, if you can, a photo of the item. Our team reviews every report with you directly and arranges a replacement or a refund for the affected items. We handle each case personally — there are no forms and no automated process.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free within 5 km of our farm in Rampally, Secunderabad. For locations beyond 5 km, the applicable delivery charge depends on your exact location and is confirmed with you during the confirmation call — before your order is finalized. Nothing is charged without your confirmation.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM are generally eligible for same-day delivery, subject to availability and the day’s route. Our team shares the expected delivery window during the confirmation call.
Payment
Payment is collected after your order is confirmed in the confirmation call — never before. We accept Cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe.
