Vihari Farms is a free-range poultry and farm-egg producer in Rampally, Secunderabad. Its Community Delivery service lets neighbours in a gated community or apartment block combine their farm orders: one resident starts the order at viharifarms.com/community and shares the link on WhatsApp, and neighbours add free-range country chicken (Natu Kodi), Kadaknath, farm-fresh eggs and naturally grown greens. The link stays open for 24 hours; members can pick a preferred delivery date and time window. When the community's combined booked total reaches the target for its distance — ₹3,999 within 15 km, up to ₹10,000 beyond 45 km — delivery to the community gate is free for everyone. There is no online payment: the farm confirms each order by phone and payment is settled on WhatsApp or on delivery, exactly like regular Vihari Farms orders. Poultry is never sold live: birds are dressed and cleaned after the order is confirmed. The service runs daily, 6 AM to 8 PM, across Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

- What is Community Delivery?
- Residents of a gated community or apartments combine their farm orders on one WhatsApp link. When the combined booked total reaches the target for your distance from the farm, delivery is free for the whole community.
- How can I join a community order?
- Open the community link shared on WhatsApp by your neighbour and tap “Add My Order”. No account is needed — just your name, WhatsApp number and flat/villa number. The community location is already set.
- How long does a community link stay open?
- Exactly 24 hours from the moment the coordinator creates it. A countdown on the page shows the time remaining, and once the window closes no new orders can be added.
- How is free delivery calculated?
- The farm server adds every member order placed through the link and compares the booked total with the target for your distance. Targets start at ₹3,999 within 15 km and rise with distance. Payment status never changes the progress — every placed order counts.
- How is payment confirmed?
- There is no online payment. After you place your order you receive a Community Order Receipt; share your payment confirmation on WhatsApp, and the farm confirms it by phone — exactly like regular Vihari Farms orders.
- Can we choose the delivery date?
- Yes. The coordinator picks a preferred delivery date and time window when creating the community order, and every member sees it on the page and on their receipt. The exact time is confirmed by Vihari Farms by phone.
- What happens if the target is not reached?
- Nothing is cancelled automatically. The farm manager reviews the closed order and calls the members to decide how to proceed — orders remain valid.
- Do you sell live birds?
- No. Live weight is used only to calculate the price. The live bird is not sold or delivered — after your order is confirmed it is freshly cut, dressed and cleaned, and you receive fresh dressed chicken.
- Who can see my details?
- Other members see only the name (or “Resident”) and flat number you choose to show, plus your order items and total. Your phone number and payment details are never visible to other members.
