Organic sorrel, known locally as Gongura, is one of the most-loved leaves in Andhra and Telangana cooking — tangy, vibrant and unmistakable. Grown on our farm without pesticides and harvested on order for delivery across Hyderabad and Secunderabad. We follow organic farming practices — no pesticides, no chemical fertilisers — but do not hold a formal organic certification and do not claim one.
